In announcing the 47th Annual Venison Feed in downtown Tomahawk, the Chamber is also asking for donations.
They are looking for cleaned, deboned venison and donations can be dropped at the chamber office during normal business hours.
Tamra Anderson, executive director of the Tomahawk Regional Chamber of Commerce says, “The event is a time-honored tradition for our community and visitors who come back each year, and we need donations…to help us keep this tradition alive.”
More than one thousand people each year attend the event to eat the free venison burgers and celebrate the kick off of the gun deer hunting season.
The event this year is just a month and half away on Friday November 16.
