The American Red Cross continues to provide assistance to those in need.

The organization announced that they have helped victims from two separate fires in the past week.

In Rhinelander, a household of 2 was displaced by a fire. Members of the Red Cross met with the household and provided assistance for immediate emergency food and clothing.

Meanwhile in Wausau, a fire at an apartment complex earlier this week displaced 7 households affecting 10 people. Volunteers provided assistance for food clothing and housing.

They say they will continue with follow ups to determine any additional disaster caused needs for those victims.
