Life After School Program in Rhinelander Seeks Help

An after-school program in the Rhinelander School District is seek help with their Life After School Program.

Life After School is a series of activities open to Rhinelander district students from 4th grade through High School. There is no cost to participate, and they provide snacks, beverages and late bus transportation for the students. Activities range from swimming and bowling to entrepreneur club and robot technology.

They are seeking part-time advisers for several of the programs.

One of the positions is for people who enjoy working with students in 4th through 8th grades to assist in offering fun and engaging after-school activities. They say you can share your creativity and time. The daily position is 2:30 to 5:30 and you can contact Sarah at 715-365-9220, ext. 7235. Pay is $12-$15 per hour.

They also launched a Tech Challenge group that has been so successful they need more help assisting the adviser. This group meets each Thursday at Rhinelander High School. Those interested in assisting can email wernethe@rhinelander.k12.wi.us
