A man remains jailed after a fight yesterday morning sent another man to the hospital in Lincoln County.
Sheriff Deputies were called to a disturbance at a bar in the town of Skanawan in the early morning hours yesterday. The initial 911 call reported a victim and requested an ambulance to the scene. Deputies discovered a 42 year old West Bend man had suffered serious injuries and was transported by Tomahawk EMS.
The suspect, a 26 year old West Bend man had fled prior to the arrival of authorities. At around 9:30 yesterday morning, a caller reported the suspect leaving a motel in Tomahawk traveling south on 51. A Deputy located the vehicle being driven by Robert C. Arms and stopped it at the County Rd K exit. Arms was taken into custody on a felony charge of substantial battery along with violating his probation rules.
He remains in the Lincoln County Jail pending a bond hearing on Monday in Lincoln County Court.
