A Wausau man, accused of causing a high school lock down, will appear in Marathon County Court this afternoon.
Eighteen year old Marcos Garza is scheduled to have his preliminary hearing at 3:00 today. Wausau West High School went into lockdown earlier this month after Garza allegedly made threats to an ex-girlfriend who attended the school. The alleged threats were made via text message.
Garza is being charged with threat to injure, threatening injury by computer message and carrying a concealed weapon.
His original preliminary hearing was delayed because his court appointed attorney had just been assigned to the case.
