A passenger in an single vehicle accident during the summer in Oneida County has died as a result her injuries.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s office was notified yesterday that the passenger in that vehicle, Audrey J. Goyer of Menomonee Falls has died as a result of the accident. She was 86 years old.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office says the vehicle was traveling north on Highway 45 near McGinnnis Road in the Town of Schoeopke August 4. The investigation determined that the 63 year old driver fell asleep and lost control of the vehicle.
