Pigs Cause Crash Near Tomahawk

12 Nov News

A vehicle crash Friday evening near Tomahawk was caused by loose pigs.

A 911 caller reported the 2 vehicle crash on State Road 86 near west Kraft Road in the town of Bradley at just after 7:00pm. A driver of a vehicle told authorities that they attempted to avoid pigs running loose. No injuries were reported.

When law enforcement made contact with the animal owner, a check showed he was wanted by the Oneida County Sheriff for contempt of court. The 27 year old was taken into custody for that warrant and also cited for having animals running at large.
