Tomahawk Police Department Reports

Officers took a man into custody Tuesday for driving while intoxicated. They received a report of 2 individuals getting into a vehicle and traveling on North 4th Street. The vehicle was located at a business parking lot. Following a field sobriety test, the 57 year old Fremont man was taken into custody for the DUI.

On Wednesday morning a man contacted police regarding a person in his rental property without permission. After making contact with the suspect, the officer determined the 25 year old was wanted by probation and parole. He was taken into custody and brought to the jail.

A person reported that items were stolen from an unsecured vehicle. The vehicle was parked in a lot off of 8th Street.

Wednesday after school, a Tomahawk teen was cited for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle after a 911 caller witnessed the driver leaving the Tomahawk School Complex.
