A Minnesota man was arrested on felony drug charges following a traffic stop late last week in Lincoln County.
A Lincoln County Deputy stopped a vehicle driven by Zachary P Tschanz of Minneapolis at just after 1 Thursday morning. The Deputy detected the strong odor marijuana coming from the vehicle and saw marijuana residue in plain view.
Tschanz was detained while deputies searched the vehicle. They located a digital scale and several pre-packaged baggies of marijuana inside the car.
Tschanz was booked into the Lincoln County Jail on a felony charge of possession with intent to deliver and a misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia. Because of the holiday weekend he was held until a court appearance yesterday afternoon.
