Officers were called to standby at Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk for an unruly patient in the over night hours. The detention of the 24 year old man was alcohol related.
An officer observed a vehicle driving through Toddler Park in the evening. The officer spoke with the driver of the vehicle who stated he was checking on the lights. The officer advised the man that the park was not a roadway and told him to walk next time. He was also warned for having an expired vehicle registration.
An officer investigated an alarm at an island residence. At the time of the incident there was a very thin layer of ice to the island and no sign of getting there by boat or snowmobile. There was also no activity at the boat landings in that area, the officer notified the owner of those findings.
The Tomahawk Police Department participated in a planned lock down at the Tomahawk School Complex yesterday morning. K-9 units were also on hand for the walk-through and search.
