A Merrill woman pleaded not guilty to multiple drug charges in her hearing yesterday.
Twenty three year old Cassiopia Conlin appeared in Lincoln County Court where she entered that plea.
She was arrested last week following a traffic stop near Merrill. Law enforcement used a K-9 unit and discovered methamphetamine along with LSD and heroin, in the vehicle according to the Sheriff’s office. She now faces 6 felonies including possession of those drugs with intent to deliver and maintaining a drug trafficking place according to court records.
In addition to entering the not guilty pleas, Conlin and her attorney requested a new judge in the case.
Two other men, Jimmie Joannon of Merrill and Danny Hanson of Wausau, were also arrested during that incident. They will appear in court later this month and are facing similar charges.
