A loud party complaint near Tomahawk eventually resulted in 3 Tomahawk men being arrested.
Deputies were first called to the Heafford Road residence late Friday for a noise complaint. No one would answer the door, but a deputy relayed a warning to keep the music down.
A second call at just before 1:00 am lead to a 33 year old Tomahawk men being cited for disorderly conduct after shouting obscenities at the deputies.
A 21 year old wanted for a probation violation was also at the home. During his arrest, officials located a baggie of marijuana on him.
Then Saturday afternoon, a man contacted the Sheriff’s office saying he was beaten while at the party. After collecting statements from the victim and witnesses, deputies took the 33 year old into custody for battery.
A third man will be charged with battery, obstructing an officer and a felony count of bail jumping. Those two men remain jailed and will have bail hearings today.
