A Merrill teen was sentenced to 90 days in jail for his role in a string of burglaries.
Dylan Graap was found guilty after entering a no contest plea in Lincoln County Court. He was facing charges for criminal damage to property and illegal entry into a building.
According to court records, Graap will have Huber privileges during his jail time. Other conditions include restitution and he must continue and graduate from High School. Upon completion he can apply to have the case expunged from his record.
Graap along with 3 other teens were taken into custody back in April. A property owner discovered the teens at a seasonal cabin in the Town of Corning. The suspects were accused of break-ins in cabins in multiple counties.
