Monday evening officers assisted Oneida County and Lincoln County deputies with an arrest. The 41 year old man was taken into custody at a business located in the city. The man was then taken to the Oneida County Jail.

An officer stood by after a 911 hangup in the overnight hours. A woman had passed out and refused an ambulance. Eventually the woman’s husband arrived and took the woman to the hospital privately.

A woman contacted the police department regarding her dog. She had given it to another person while in jail who would not return it. The woman was instructed that this was a civil matter and should be handled thusly.
