Rhinelander High School students will get a “Taste of the Future” at an event today.
The “Taste of the Future” serves as both an orientation and career exploration event. Last year they welcomed more than 30 businesses and 300 people to the inaugural event.
The businesses are divided to career clusters such as:Arts, Communication & Information; Technology Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources; Health Science STEM ‐ Science, Technology, Engineering & Math; Manufacturing, Construction & Transportation; Law, Safety & Public Administration; Business Management, Marketing & Finance; and Hospitality, Human Services & Education.
Local employers will also share how classes such as algebra and other courses really do help students in their future.
The event will take place after school in Rhinelander.
