Officers responded to a rollover on County Road S, south of Dean Road. The reporting party said the vehicle passed her and then left the roadway entering the ditch. When the officer arrived, the driver was out of the vehicle and denied any medical treatment.
A Tomahawk man was taken into custody after police investigated an underage alcohol party. The officer was called to the home in the overnight hours. While investigating they witnessed a 22 year old male and questioned him about the gathering. They learned he had an active warrant through Oneida County and he was taken into custody. Meanwhile, the original investigation lead to a 19 year old male being cited for underage alcohol as well.
Officers are investigating the theft of merchandise from a Tomahawk business. The stolen items were valued at around $500.
An area gas station contacted police about a gas runoff. The man said he forgot his wallet. He left his driver’s license and said he would return later to pay, but did not return. In turning the license over to police, they discovered the man has a warrant through Marathon County as well.
