The School District of Rhinelander will be hosting a series of community meetings this week in the lead up to a school referendum.
On February 19, 2013, the community will vote on whether to allow the School District of Rhinelander to exceed the levy for operating purposes. The School District is proposing to exceed the levy $4 million per year for three years.
District administrators and staff will be available to answer questions and provide information to anyone wishing to attend any of the upcoming meetings. The district also has more information including commonly asked questions on their website.
There will be three Q and A sessions this week. The first, this afternoon (Wed) will be held at Northern Coffee Haus from 2:30-3:30. Tomorrow James Williams Middle School hosts from 5-6 and Friday the session will be held at the Oneida County Senior Center starting at 11.
