One of the former Antigo teachers who pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana was in trouble with the law again.
Forty Six year old Mark Incha was cited for operating a snowmobile while intoxicated, operating a snowmobile near a highway and refusing a breathalyzer.
The judge agreed to a deferred sentence for one year last September for a single count of possession of THC. Because none of the recent citations were criminal, they will likely not affect the deferred sentence.
His conditions according to court records include:No crimes to level of probable cause and Cooperation with law enforcement
Incha was one of multiple men in the Antigo school district that faced varying levels of charges stemming from a marijuana ring.
