City of Tomahawk Police Department Reports

A person reported their vehicle struck by a county flagger with a stop sign Friday. A supervisor along with the employee stated the crew member pushed the sign away to avoid being struck. An officer is looking into the event.

A woman reported receiving harassing messages left on a business Facebook page. No messages from the suspected poster were located and must have been removed from the Facebook page.

A resident contacted police after her vehicle was struck while pulling out at a gas station. The other vehicle continued on and was unable to be located.

A patrolling officer observed several snowmobiles traveling on the sidewalk along North 4th Street Saturday evening. The officer, along with a sheriff’s deputy stopped the 4 West Bend men. They were given warnings regarding riding on the sidewalks and were directed to return to the trail system.

An officer responded to a Tomahawk residence following a complaint of a disorderly woman. Both parties involved indicated the incident was only verbal in nature. One of the women was leaving to a motel. She indicated she wanted her vehicle. As both parties had been consuming alcohol the officer advised her not to drive at the time.
