Two individuals have been arrested and a third is expected to be charged on drug charges in Tomahawk.
Police Chief Al Elvins announced yesterday afternoon that the Tomahawk Police department executed a state search warrant at a city residence last Friday. The search warrant was related to the possession, sale and distribution of controlled substances.
During the search, officers seized approximately $4,000 worth of marijuana, prescription drugs and cocaine; along with other drug paraphernalia.
Chief Elvins says this warrant is the 3rd executed by the department the past 5 months as part of an ongoing investigation into controlled substance violations by the Tomahawk Police, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and the North Central Drug Enforcement Task Force.
