A woman was taken into custody on drug related charges following an executed search warrant in Tomahawk.
Tomahawk Police Chief Al Elvins announced that the Tomahawk Police, along with other area law enforcement, executed a search related to the sale, distribution and possession of methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana.
As a result of the investigation a 42 year female was taken into custody. Her name was not immediately released. Items seized include paraphernalia used for the ingestion of methamphetamine and approximately 262 doses of various prescriptions medications.
Chief Elvins indicated the warrant was part of an ongoing collaborative investigation by the Tomahawk Police Department, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and the Northcentral Drug Enforcement Task Force.
