An officer investigated a report of a vehicle driving recklessly, doing donuts and speeding in the school vicinity. An officer located the vehicle and noted 3 teens in the vehicle, including a 14 year old driver. The vehicle owner was contacted and said one of the passengers had been allowed to drive. The 14 year old will be cited for a third offense of operating without a license and the owner will be cited for permitting an unlicensed driver to operate the vehicle.

A 23 year old Tripoli man was taken into custody following a traffic stop on North Fourth Street early Sunday morning.
