Four more people were taken into custody on drug related charges following an additional bust in Tomahawk.
Police Chief Al Elvins announced that the arrests brought closure to a 3-month narcotics investigation. As a result of the investigation 2 females; ages 18 and 22 and two males; ages 19 and 25 were taken into custody.
In addition to the arrests, 3 vehicles were also seized.
According to the news release, 12 charges are being referred to the Lincoln County District Attorney including seven for felony distribution.
Chief Elvins indicated these arrests are part dedicated collaborative efforts by the Police Department, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and Northcentral Drug Enforcement Task Force.
