A Gleason man who fled deputies in Lincoln County this past weekend has been taken into custody.
Last evening two deputies stopped at a residence in the 5000 block of Town Hall Rd asking about the whereabouts of Timothy Lee Tutor. A family member in the driveway told deputies she hadn’t seen Tutor since Friday.
It was at that point that the deputy saw Tutor running behind the house. After the deputy drew his TASER, Tutor surrendered without incident. Last Friday deputies attempted to take him in to custody on an outstanding warrant. Following this arrest, he will also face possession of drug paraphernalia charges after the deputy recovered a pipe commonly used to smoke marijuana.
The family member who told Deputies that Tutor was not present was issued a county ordinance ticket for obstructing an officer.
