A group trying to get an Expo Center at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds will be passing along their message to Tomahawk residents next week.
The Lincoln County Fairgrounds Users group has announced the public information Town Hall meeting slated for next Wednesday.
Committee member Pete Annis said, “We really wanted to get the information out to all of the residents of Lincoln County.” That information will include the business plan, cash flow and economic impact of the multi-million dollar facility.
Last month the committee presented their plan for the 82,000 square foot facility to the County Board.
The board is deciding how to utilize insurance money from the previous grandstand which was removed after storm damage last year.
The group will take questions from the public following the presentation. The Tomahawk meeting will be held next Wednesday at the Super 8 starting at 6:30.
