An inmate in the Lincoln County Jail will face additional charges after a fight this past week.
The 20 year old man had recently been convicted of battery by a prisoner after an incident at Lincoln Hills School. As a result the man was sentenced to a year in state prison.
While in his cell block awaiting transportation, he got into a verbal altercation with a fellow inmate according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. They say this lead to a battery.
According to the Deputies report the primary suspect will face a felony charge of battery by prisoner while the second suspect will face a disorderly conduct charge.
