The Tomahawk High School Hatchet Athletic Hall of Fame welcomed 3 more members at their Induction Ceremony over the weekend.
Paul “Peck” Bebeau, Jon Davenport and Al Overhaug are the class of 2013, 14th class overall.
Bebeau was a 1928 graduate of Tomahawk High school who played both football and basketball. His greatest athletic accomplishment was leading the basketball team to a 53-18 record in the Wisconsin Valley along with a trip to the state tournament.
Davenport graduated in 1957, participating in football, basketball and baseball. He was a 10 time letter winner and all conference two times each in basketball and football.
The third member was Al Overhaug, long time coach and teacher in Tomahawk. He started the junior high basketball, track and black & blue football programs. He also coached the high school football and baseball teams. Overall Overhaug coached 126 seasons of Hatchet athletics in 5 sports.
