Woman Now Charged in Fatal Fall Ride Crash

23 Oct News

A woman involved in a fatal motorcycle crash near Tomahawk over Fall Ride weekend will now face multiple charges.

Last month, 50 year old Lynette Haman of Elkhorn was traveling north on County Highway L, when investigators say she turned left in front of an oncoming Benjamin Guite Sr, who later died from injuries sustained in that crash.

Haman is now facing 3 charges including homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, homicide by use of a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol content and failure to yield while making a left turn.

She will appear in Oneida County Court again on November 18 for an initial court appearance.
