A Park Falls man was arrested on drug charges late last week after his vehicle stalled in Lincoln County.
A state trooper came across the vehicle on Highway 51 just south of Tomahawk Thursday evening.
According to the report, the occupants of the vehicle, a 24 year old Park Falls man and a 21 year old Park Falls woman acted suspiciously. This lead to the Trooper calling for assistance including the Tomahawk K9 Unit.
The dog indicated the presence of drugs in the vehicle; a search turned up methamphetamine and marijuana.
The man was booked into the Lincoln County Jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana as a repeat offender and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with bail jumping for violating terms of his previous bonds.
The passenger of the vehiclewas booked and later released on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
