A former Rhinelander teacher accused of stealing school equipment and growing marijuana has been sentenced.
Joshua Juergens was arrested in November after officials investigated missing technology from the school. When law enforcement executed a search at Juergens home they discovered a marijuana growing operation.
According to court records Juergens pleaded to four charges; In exchange, four additional charges were dismissed but read in during the sentencing.
At that hearting late last week, Juergens was sentenced to an additional 31 days in jail along with 4 years of probation, community service, and fines.
