At 5pm this evening, most of the trails in Oneida County will be opening for ATV use. The lone exception are portions of the Little Rice System.
Officials with the Chequamegon Nicolet National Forest announced that their trail system including ATV, horse and bike trails will also open today.
Finally, the Lincoln County trail system and Underdown trails will open up tomorrow morning at 8.
Officials say that some areas are wet and in early season condition. They recommend driving with caution at this time.
