Body found in Wisconsin River in Tomahawk

City of Tomahawk Chief of Police Al Elvins has announced that on Thursday, May 22 at approximately 6:30 pm, the Tomahawk Police Department was notified of an unidentified body that was located in the Wisconsin River near the Hiawatha Trail Bridge by a fisherman.

The remains were identified through numerous means, including dental record, as 62 year old Gregory T. Linn.

Linn was reported missing back on November 26, 2013.  No foul play is suspected in Gregory’s disappearance or death.
