Tomahawk Police Report June 13

13 Jun News

Officers are investigating several theft complaints in the city. That includes a push lawn mower reported stolen from a Southgate Drive residence and a laptop missing from a School Road residence.

A Tomahawk woman was warned about ongoing harassing text messages.

Residents on Theiler Drive complained about truck traffic on Theiler Drive which is not allowed, and clarified at this month’s Board of Public Works meeting. Officers contacted the company regarding the complaint, and they said they would advise the driver.

An officer initially performed a traffic stop for a headlamp violation. The officer learned the 34 year old male driver had his license revoked and was cited. The vehicle was parked until a valid driver could remove it.

Officers responded to a Tomahawk residence for an individual with two active felony warrants through Marathon County. After confirming the warrants he was taken into custody.
