REGISTERED NURSE:

PART-TIME Management Position, Approximately 25 Hours/Week, will vary according to Resident and Administrative needs in five (5) group homes, located in both Tomahawk and in Merrill, operated by Our Way, Inc. for adults with developmental disabilities.  The RN will train direct care staff initially and also provide on-going training in delegated tasks such as Medication Administration, Tube Feeding, Diabetic Monitoring, etc. as needed.  The RN will assist Program Managers in maintaining State Compliance with regard to delegated tasks.  The RN will provide health and medical oversight for residents in five (5) group-home settings.  The RN will be readily available to answer questions and concerns regarding resident’s well-being, any incidents, and health changes.  Pay range $21 – $24 per hour.  Qualifications: RN in good standing, licensed in state of Wisconsin, valid drivers’ license, experience in creating care plans.  Knowledge and experience with Microsoft computer programs. SHC PROGRAM COORDINATOR:

The Coordinator is a FULL-TIME Management Position.  The Coordinator will train new direct care staff and continue supervision in the Our Way, Inc. Supportive Home Care program.  This program provides assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities who live on their own in Tomahawk and Merrill.  The Coordinator will develop and maintain bi-weekly scheduling of staff, regularly review staff documentation and client needs, liaison with other Provider Agencies, and be readily available to answer questions and concerns of staff and clients.  The Coordinator will respond to on-call issues during non-work hours on a weekly basis, and take weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities for the Our Way organization on a rotating basis. Pay range $12 – $13 per hour.  Qualifications:  At least one (1) year of work experience with developmentally disabled adults.  Knowledge and experience with Microsoft computer programs.
