Taco Bell robbery in Wausau

Wausau police are searching for two suspects in an armed robbery that occurred early this morning.

The robbery occurred at the Taco Bell located on the north side of the city, the call came in just after 2:30.

Two men armed with a handgun entered the fast food restaurant on Merrill Avenue and demanded money. The suspects, described as 2 men wearing all black with bandanas over their faces, left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

There were no customers at the time the three employees closing up were not hurt. Police are looking over surveillance video of the robbery.
