Dr. Dean collecting candy for cash and troops

An area dentist will be collecting candy as part of the "Cash for Candy" program.

Today from 8 until 5:30 Dr. Dean Hussong will be collecting Halloween candy at his office. They will buy back wrapped, unopened candy for one dollar per pound of candy brought in. In addition they will enter names into a drawing to win one of 4 prizes for $25 chamber bucks.

The candy brought in will then be sent to troops overseas.

Dr. Dean and his staff say to enjoy your Halloween candy in moderation and bring the rest in today for the troops to enjoy too.
