Lincoln County Sheriff seeking help

Lincoln County Deputies are seeking the public's assistance in finding who committed acts of criminal damage to property last week. The incidents occurred last Monday night in the town of Merrill.

A half dozen residents on State Rd. 107, Hillside Drive and Snow Flake Lane reported their property had been damaged overnight. Several mailboxes were struck, lawns torn up, and the golf driving range was damage.

Based on evidence left behind, it is suspected that the vehicle involved was a full sized pick-up truck. If you have any information on these acts you are asked to call the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers of Lincoln County. Callers can remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.
