A woman called police saying that her neighbors on West Leather Avenue were revving the engines on their vehicles after 11:00pm. She also said the group was driving on her property keeping her and her husband up. She said her husband was having a verbal confrontation the men that appeared to be escalating. The husband was warned for Disorderly Conduct, as was a 30 year old male suspect. Also a 31 year old man was given a 30 day warning to take care of the unregistered vehicles and to get his muffler fixed.

Late Monday evening, a 72 year old man was awoken by a loud exhaust. He looked out the window and saw what he described as a large dark truck with a plow idling in front of his home. He felt that that man in the vehicle was doing this to intimidate him in regards to an issue they had at the VFW. Police advised the reporting party to call immediately next time.

On Wednesday a woman said she sold a vehicle to a 41 year old man. She left the license plates with the vehicle until the man could get the vehicle registered. She said the man wouldn't return the plates. An officer accompanied the woman and the man became belligerent with the officer. He eventually calmed and returned the plates to the woman.

A Wausau woman came to the police department to report a theft at an unknown Tomahawk location. She said she was staying at a friends residences, but didn't know where other than an apartment. When she awoke her purse, wallet, around $80 in cash, cards, cellphone and camera were all missing. She said she would report the serial numbers from the camera and phone with area pawn shops and would contact the department for further investigation.

An employee at What's Brewin' arrived and found an unspecified amount of money missing from the register. The reporting party said the back door was unlocked. Officers are investigating the break-in.
