Tomahawk accident, highway closure udpate

An update to the accident that closed the southbound lane of highway 51 near Tomahawk on Monday evening.

Officials were originally called for a reported rollover underneath the highway A overpass at just before 7.  The 54 year old male driver from Cable, WI told law enforcement that it was not a rollover, but he struck the guard rail. He was not injured in the accident. The southbound lane of traffic was detoured onto the onramp, while the Tomahawk Fire Department was dispatched for the fuel spill.
