THS Scholarship meeting information

Tomahawk High School will offer students and parents the opportunity to learn more about financial aid and scholarships available to them.

The district will hold their annual financial aid meeting next Monday with Jill Price, financial aid director at Nicolet College as a guest speaker. She will discuss the different types of financial aid and how to complete the FAFSA. They will also differentiate between loans, grants and scholarships.

Local Scholarship information and applications, as well as financial aid application information, will be distributed at the meeting.

They would also like to remind that this meeting is for technical college students as well as those planning to attend 4 year universities. There are a number of local scholarships earmarked for technical college students.

Parents and students interested should attend the meeting next Monday at 6:30 in the school auditorium.
