One person injured in crash

One person was injured after a two vehicle crash on Sunday afternoon in the Town of Schley. Deputies from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department along with the Town of Russell Fire Department and an ambulance from Merrill responded to the incident at State Road 17 and County Road C after it was reported to 911 at 12:20 pm.

According to the deputies report, a Tomahawk female was traveling south on State Road 17 when she turned to go east on County Road C into the path of a northbound auto, being driven by a 55 year old woman from Schofield. The woman from Schofield was injured in the crash and transported to Good Samaritan Health Center in Merrill with non-life threatening injuries.
