Minocqua woman waives preliminary hearing

Thursday, January 12, 2012

A Minocqua woman charged with manufacturing and delivery of cocaine waived her right to a preliminary hearing yesterday.

Carole Schultz was arrested along with Dane Wisnosky, after an informant from the Oneida County Sheriff's department purchased cocaine from them on two occasions.

Schultz's defense attorney David Penn said that Schultz had a full understanding of her rights to a preliminary hearing and chose to waive them. She will next appear in court for a pre-trial conference scheduled for March 13.

Wisnosky requested a preliminary hearing last week, which will take place February 2nd.
