Police recover gun from robbery
Thursday, January 12, 2012
The gun used in a Wausau Credit Union robbery this week may
have been a pellet gun.
Wausau police have found a weapon believed to have been used
by David Samuelson when he allegedly robbed the Tower Credit Union Tuesday
afternoon. It's an Airsoft pistol that looks like a
real gun but actually fires plastic pellets.
The pistol was found along with a cap, glove and money near
the Wisconsin River where Samuelson was found hiding after the robbery.
He is currently in the Marathon County Jail and is expected
to appear in court today.
