Tomahawk man offering unique meeting
Friday, January 13, 2012
A Tomahawk man will be offering a unique opportunity for
residents to find solutions to problems.
Tomorrow Jim Alber will be hosting
a hearing at the library which aims to bring people together to find answers.
The goal isn't to discuss problems, but to gather solutions, which are required
to be submitted in 6 words or less. The reasoning is because at this point the
idea is to only gather the solutions.
The other unique aspect is that people will not be allowed to
disagree with each other.
Alber did not specify any particular
issues to address, and said he is open to any perceived problems. Alber serves on the Lincoln County Board,
however this hearing is not associated with the board or his seat on it.
Tomorrow's session is open to everyone interested and will be
held in the community room at the library from 10:30 to 12:30.
