Wednesday, January 18, 2012

A Rhinelander man accused of stabbing another man last year in Forest County will appear in court today.

Twenty year old Jeremiah Erickson will make his final pre-trial appearance in Forest County court. He is being charged with 2 felonies, including first-degree reckless injury. He is accused of stabbing 22 year old William Priebe in the chest last July in the Town of Nashville.

Erickson had a previous court appearance in August, but testimony was adjourned. Brian Schultz, a doctor, was unable to testify due to work obligations.

Erickson is currently free on cash bond at this time and is expected to offer a plea in Forest County Court at 1:30 today.
