One Prospect Technologies donates to Hodag facilities
Thursday, October 6, 2011
The Hodag
Facilities Foundation has once again received a significant donation.
One Prospect Technologies announced a $100,000 donation to
the Foundation. The significant contribution will support students in
developing a strong foundation in technology, most notably through the One
Prospect Technologies Digital Media Center. That media center will feature a
more effective learning environment where students will access the latest computer
technology and digital applications including an audio/video lab.
Rhinelander graduate Brad Kowieski
is the VP of Sales and Business said implementing strong technology at the
school gives kids a good foundation to build upon.
The donation will be given part in cash and part in kind. The
company recently launched Cloud Spirit, a virtual desktop infrastructure
product that reduces costs for school districts and allows students to access
data and run necessary programs from anywhere. Schools can extend the life of
their computers up to 12 years using the software.
One Prospect Technologies is owned by the Forest County
Potawatomi.
