Tuesday, August 26, 2008
The Tomahawk teenager accused of first-degree
intentional homicide in the death of 25-year-old Rochelle Anderson is back in
Lincoln County Circuit Court on Tuesday.
Derek Domke, 18, is scheduled to have a motions
hearing on Tuesday.
Motions before the judge include one that questions
the search warrant used by police and other evidence in the murder case that
could be used at trial.
Domke is charged with first-degree murder and armed
robbery in the death of Rochelle Anderson. Anderson was a clerk at Zephyr Fuel / Convenience
Store. Her body was found outside
the store on March 22. An autopsy
showed that she was severely beaten before she was stabbed three times in the
back.
If convicted, Domke faces a mandatory life in prison
sentence.
