Search continues for missing Sayner woman

The search continues for a missing Sayner woman.

Sandra Schinke was reported missing in Vilas County on Friday evening. The 55 year old was last seen walking Thursday afternoon on County Highway N, two miles east of Sayner.

She often walked in the forests near that area. Her husband was out of town at the time and called police when he returned home.

Volunteers and law enforcement including k-9 units have searched throughout the weekend. Today a search and rescue team from the Duluth area is expected to aide in the operation.

Schinke is described as having dark hair, brown eyes with glasses, 5'3" 160 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call the Vilas County Sheriff's Department.
