Lincoln County flu vaccines

Lincoln County children 18 and under will have the opportunity to get their flu shots the next couple of days.

The Lincoln County health department will be holding flu clinics today and tomorrow. Today's will run from 4:00 until 5:30 at the Bradley Town Hall on W. Mohawk Drive. Tomorrow they will be at the Lincoln County Health Department on N. Sales Street in Merrill.

There are no appointments necessary, and they request a $5 donation for each child. Flu Mist is available for children 2 through 18.

Annual vaccination is recommended for all children older than 6 months regardless of medical status. Complications from influenza can lead to hospitalization or even death in children.  If you have more questions about influenza or clinic times please call the Lincoln County Health Department.
