St. Mary’s Superfest

This weekend
St. Mary's in Tomahawk will be holding the St. Mary's Superfest.
The weekend of Food, Music, and Fun
will take place on the St. Mary's grounds. Beginning the festivities will be a
Fish and Shrimp boil tonight at 4:30. They will also have brats, hotdogs, beer,
soda and ice cream from the Windmill on Wheels. Entertainment will be provided
by TNT karaoke and Tomahawk's The Gaedtke's will
perform from 6-8.
Saturday events include more karaoke
at 3 and a new school dedication mass by Bishop Christianson at 6. Memphis
based Christian pop artist John Angotti will play at
8. For the Foodies, Chef Kevin Brown and his students will prepare stuffed
mushroom and swiss burgers or pulled-pork pita
sandwiches and grilled corn and cole slaw as sides.
For dessert the Pie Garden will be open.
On Sunday, there will be a polka mass
at 10 followed by a polka dance until 2. There will also be a cash raffle all
weekend with the drawing following the polka dance. The top prize is $3,000,
and 14 total prizes for $6,000.
